Kanoria Seva Kendra
TCPL is proud to support the Kanoria Seva Kendra. Kanoria Seva Kendra is a charitable trust run by K K Kanoria, the
Chairman of TCPL Packaging. In Mukundgarh, Rajasthan the trust runs a primary school, secondary school, and three
colleges. In Gujarat the trust supports the famous Kanoria Centre for Arts in Ahmedabad, as well as the Kanoria
Hospital, Research Centre and Centre for Medical Education in Gandhinagar.
Adoption of Industrial Training Institute
As a part of its corporate social responsibility, TCPL has adopted an Industrial Training Institute nearby its factory at Silvassa ,located in Dharampur, Gujarat.
The Institute offers vocational training to students of nearby villages. At present, the institute has over 800 students on its rolls who are engaged in various courses such as fitter, mechanic, wire-man etc.
Since the induction of TCPL as an industry partner, the institute has also started special basic courses in “Printing and Packaging”. A new building with full fledged equipment’s for these courses has also been constructed.In addition, TCPL has taken special interest and initiative in improvement of English language skills and confidence building of the largely tribal students of the institute.
Factory Outreach
We made a conscious effort to reach out to the deprived communities who live and work in the areas surrounding our factories.
Whether it is participating in the ‘Swaach Bharat Abhiyaan’, organizing blood donation camps, building toilets in schools, or organizing health
camps; TCPL is committed to the all-round development of these areas.
Medical Health Camp
Free Medical Camps are regularly held at Silvassa, Goa, Haridwar, Assam along with a team of Specialist Doctors,
(General Physicians, Pediatricians and Gynecologists) pharmacists, and Medical staff.
