TCPL Packaging Ltd has been honored with the title of “Packaging Converter of the Year (F&B)” at the prestigious PrintWeek Awards 2025.

This recognition underscores TCPL’s continued excellence in innovation, quality, and leadership within the packaging industry.

In February 2025, at the annual award ceremony of SIES SOP Star Awards 2025 for Excellence in Printing, organised by SIES School of Packaging, TCPL won several awards under Carton and flexible packaging categories continuing is winning streak, year on year.

Ventit’s patented technology incorporates small die-cut vents in corrugated boxes, allowing steam to escape while retaining the heat of the food inside. This innovation was specifically designed for online orders of pizza and garlic bread, addressing the common issue of soggy and cold deliveries faced by consumers.

Extensive testing has demonstrated that food delivered in Ventit boxes maintain superior freshness and taste compared to those in regular boxes. Besides pizza, Ventit boxes are also suitable for other dry food items such as garlic bread and sandwiches.

Currently, Ventit operates from a small factory in Mumbai, serving numerous premium pizza joints in Mumbai, Delhi, and Goa. With growing interest from larger national chains, Ventit sought a partner to scale up their operations, leading to this collaboration with TCPL Packaging Ltd.

Our first supplies will commence shortly, with plans to expand steadily across India in the near future.

Mumbai, January 16, 2025 – TCPL Packaging Ltd is pleased to announce an exclusive manufacturing agreement with Ventit, a pioneering technology in the food packaging industry. Ventit, a patented innovation by Mr. Vinay Mehta and now managed by his son Mr. Tanay Mehta, introduces a revolutionary solution for maintaining the quality of delivered food.

TCPL Packaging Ltd has been recognized as the “PrintWeek Packaging Convertor of the Year (FMCG)” at the prestigious PrintWeek Awards 2024. The award serves as a testament to our ongoing dedication to delivering world-class packaging solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and the market.

We are delighted to announce the recent induction of Mr. Ashish Razdan, as Independent Director to the board of TCPL Packaging Ltd, Mr.Razdan, a Partner at M/s. Khaitan & Co., specializes in advising corporations, private equity and venture capital funds, and investment banks on diverse transactions. With expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, franchising, and corporate laws, he co-chairs the India Working Group of the International Bar Association, facilitating legal knowledge exchange. He holds an LL.M. from Kings College London, a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law Institute University, Bhopal, and certificates in law firm management from institutions including Harvard Law School and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

We are thrilled to announce our plans to establish a greenfield facility in Southern India! This strategic expansion will enhance our Pan India presence and bolster our ability to serve both new and existing customers more efficiently. Our new facility, located near Chennai, is strategically positioned close to major industrial manufacturing hubs. This prime location offers significant logistical advantages and easy access to core markets.

Our esteemed customer, Marico Industries Ltd, held its “Supplier Quality Excellence” meet on 7th & 8th Feb ’2024. It was a two-day event conducted online with the stakeholders & participants. The session was aimed to serve as a collaborative platform for meaningful discussions on quality-related topics and the exchange of valuable insights. It was also an opportunity for the vendors to showcase their case studies and share best practices in quality enhancements that have been successfully implemented by them while collaborating with Marico.

In September 2023, we installed a state-of-the-art new Koenig & Bauer Printing press at our manufacturing unit at Haridwar. We have also suitably invested in post-printing machinery. This is our fifth printing line at the Haridwar plant and such new investments in capacity help us to stay on top of our game.

We have also made various changes in the back-end artwork management and development process so that we can get new jobs right the first time, every time.

Also exciting is the startup of our solar power system that will deliver a substantial percentage of our power consumption through green energy!
