Khaitan & Co., specializes in advising corporations, private equity and venture capital funds, and investment banks on diverse transactions. With expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, franchising, and corporate laws, he co-chairs the India Working Group of the International Bar Association, facilitating legal knowledge exchange. He holds an LL.M. from Kings College London, a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law Institute University, Bhopal, and certificates in law firm management from institutions including Harvard Law School and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
